That was a really fun Summer for sure. Total blast from the past with lots of memories flooding in… Didn’t Daniel have the jeep with the trailer full of windsurfing gear he was very generous with? I seem to remember getting drug around the beginners area at the Gorge trying to learn how to windsurf from he and you, after training for snowboarding up on the glacier…

Don’t remember a whole lot from that summer, but I sure remember Dan ( actually, to be honest, I think you guys had the biggest pickup truck I’ve ever seen) , Gerry, and the twins (I can’t remember their name…Trevor and Travis ???). I remember chewing tabaco for the first time and being sick on our way to Martin’s house. It sure was a hell of a good time. FUDGE. I just remembered the Gratefull Death ’s show. We couldnt even get ticket, so we partied in the parking lot. Inhale some big baloon filled with I don’t know what…. I could keep going but I don’t know what you’ve become. Could be in politics, but with all due respect, I don’t think so. Lol.

Daniel-Great stuff the web is, for catching up with long lost friends and good times. Oh my - THAT was the summer of that crazy Sacramento GD show and road trip. Riding in the back of Martin’s truck with how many other people? And the damn forged tickets after all that! Then going for a swim in the Delta before sleeping on the side of the road with the crazy trucks going by a few feet away. How many people were using that house in Hood River for a crash pad anyway? And then there was the Brewery downtown and playing pool etc. As far as politics go - no worries, too crazy for this kid. My email address is dan@wcthornton.com and if you are ever near Reno, Nevada let’s have a beer.
